(18:55) SAN JOSE- The last of three men convicted for a Scotts Valley based ponzi scheme has been sentenced. In 2014, Keith Everts Rode pled guilty of defrauding investors of close to 60 million dollars . Yesterday ( Thursday) Rode was sentenced to 70 months in prison in a federal court room. His partners, Chris Luck and John Gerginger were senenced to 10 and 12 years respectively earlier in the year.
