(07:01) SALINAS – A man was arrested in Salinas Tuesday night after he allegedly kidnapped a woman. Deputies were dispatched after receiving a report of a woman being held against her will. The victim was able to escape and lock herself inside a bathroom at the Jack in the Box on South Main Street. The suspect, Steven Acosta, fled the scene on foot. He was apprehended on Chestnut Street shortly after. The victim was treated for minor injuries. The incident is under investigation. (S.G.)
