(19:45) SAN JUAN BAUTISTA – Multiple vegetation fires were extinguished in the San Juan Bautista and Hollister areas yesterday. According to Calfire, the 4 spot fires located along Highway 101 were contained around 6:20 p.m. The largest fire spanned about 5-acres and resulted in the closing of one westbound lane of Highway 156. Investigators believe a big rig could have sparked the blazes due to exhaust discharge found at each location. (P.S.)
