(13:55) CARMEL- Carmel will be cancelling its pilot parking meter program. The city council has apparently decided to bow to pressures to remove the meters. The city held an ideas meeting on Tuesday in an attempt to solve the parking problem. Some of the proposed solutions include parking structures, utilizing church parking lots and shuttle services for people who commute to Carmel.
