(06:54) SACRAMENTO – The California Senate has passed a bill that would prevent unvaccinated children from attending public schools. On Monday, lawmakers voted 24-14 in favor of SB 277, which would prevent parents from opting their child out of required vaccinations, unless they have a medical exemption.
