(16:12) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz County Department of Health Services psychologist has been arrested. Deputies took 56 year old Christopher McCauley into custody outside of the County’s Emeline Avenue complex where he worked on County’s emergency school response team. The arrest was due to investigation started by Child Protective Services allegations. McCauley was booked into county jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
