(12:48) CALIFORNIA – Venus Foods Inc. is recalling a large quantity of pork sausage products due to undeclared wheat. Over 25,000 pounds of pork sausage are subject to this recall and were shipped to various restaurants throughout California. 30-pound cases containing Uncle Lin Sausage Original Sausage, Uncle Lin Sausage Spicy Pork Sausage, and Uncle Lin Sausage Sweet Pork Sausage with establishment number 6292 are affected by the undeclared allergen with produced by dates of June 4, 2014 and May 26, 2015. So far, there have been no reported illnesses or adverse reactions from the pork sausage products. (P.S.)
