(11:30) APTOS – The family of an Aptos resident who was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash is offering a reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest. 25-year-old Nicole Brown was hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk on Treasure Island Avenue Saturday around 3:30 a.m. The driver fled the scene. Officers have little information on the suspect vehicle, but say it may have damage to the right bumper and headlight. The family is offering a reward of $5,000 to the person who gives information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is encouraged to call CHP. (M.K.)
