(9:45) WATSONVILLE – Two teenagers have been arrested in Watsonville for breaking car windows early this morning. Around 2 o’clock on Riverside Drive officers received reports of windows being broken. Police arrested 19-year-old Christian Cruz, and a 14-year-old girl on suspicion of vandalism and conspiracy to commit a crime. Both were positively identified by witnesses. (M.K)
