(08:27) SANTA CRUZ – Santa Cruz officials are poised to make cuts to the city’s budget. This week, the city council voted to make over $700,000 in cuts in its 2015-16 budget plan. The plan will withdraw funding for a number of items, including new police vehicles and emergency equipment. The council will take a final vote on the budget on June 23. (S.G.)
