(20:13) SOQUEL-The Soquel Creek Water District unveiled its newest well on Wednesday. A celebration was held at the new O’Neill Ranch Well pumping station at Soquel Drive and 41st Avenue, officials and guests toasted with glasses of water from the 6.3 million dollar well which started construction in 2013. The well officially went on line in April.
