(12:52) MONTEREY COUNTY – The Transportation Agency for Monterey County has announced some road and lane closures for this week. Motorists can expect delays along Highway 1 at Salmon Creek from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday for daytime drainage work. There will also be drainage work that will cause delays on Highway 1 between Big Creek Bridge and the Vincente Creek Bridge from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Also, daytime sweeping is expected to create delays on Highway 101 between Route 198 and Lockwood and San Lucas Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. And finally, there will be daytime sweeping along northbound and southbound Highway 101 between Broadway and Jolon Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday. Motorists can expect 10-minute delays.
