(Updated at 07:59) – A swimming advisory has been lifted at a Santa Cruz County Beach. This week, health officials tested water samples from Capitola Beach west of the jetty. The water contained unsafe levels of bacteria. Since, samples have shown levels safe for human contact. No other Santa Cruz beaches were affected by the advisory.
