(07:16) MONTEREY COUNTY – A man connected to a series of robberies across the Central Coast has pleaded not guilty in Monterey County Superior Court. 60-year-old Bobby Ray Knight is suspected of robbing businesses in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Santa Clara counties. Knight appeared in Monterey County Tuesday and was charged with five counts of felony second degree robbery. He is due back in court June 25 for a preliminary hearing. Once Knight completes the court process in Monterey County, he will head to Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties. (S.G.)
