(07:50) SALINAS – Salinas police are seeking a man on suspicion of vehicle theft. Officials say a stolen car was located near Harden Ranch Shopping Center Sunday. The driver failed to pull over for officers, leading to a car chase through North Salinas. The pursuit ended in the Oak Hills area near Prunedale. The driver crashed the car into a tree and fled the scene on foot. The investigation is ongoing. (S.G.)
