(11:15) SANTA CRUZ – A paving project is closing off a portion of West Cliff Drive on Monday. The roadway between Pelton Avenue and David Way will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The multi-use path will also be closed. The road will be resurfaced and a new microsurfacing seal will be installed. Motorists should be prepared for possible delays. (M.K)
