(Updated at 08:21) – Santa Cruz County Deputies have released new information on the man whose body was found in Live Oak this week. The body was discovered near Capitola Road and Harborview Court Tuesday evening. Officials say the 55-year-old man was homeless and that there were no signs of foul play. Autopsy and toxicology tests are still pending.
