(17:40) CAPITOLA – Capitola will be looking at the Rispin Mansion during Thursday’s council meeting. City council members will examine scope of work proposals on dealing with the wall surrounding the property. The city is the recipient of a state grant for $380,000 for property improvements. The Council is also expected to be asked to call for a project environmental review. The public is welcome at the meeting, which is at City Hall, 420 Capitola Ave. at 7 p.m. (P.M.D.)
