(06:15) GILROY– The driver involved in a fatal crash in gilroy earlier this month has been arrested. 23-year-old Anthony James Imbrone III, was re arrested yesterday. Officials say he was the driver of the car that flipped into a ditch and left all four passengers dead at the beginning of the month. Following the accident Imbrone was arrested, but then sent to a trauma center for head injuries. Four people were killed in the accident, three were high school seniors, and one was a 24-year-old man. Imbrone is charged with four counts of felony vehicular manslaughter and felony DUI. His bail is set at 250-thousand dollars.
