(14:10) BIG SUR – A woman died after she was struck by a rolling vehicle in Big Sur yesterday. Lei Guzngzhon, a Chinese tourist who was vacationing with her family, was fatally hit after they stopped to view the ocean at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. The family had walked off when they noticed that their car began to roll. Guzngzhon attempted to stop the runaway vehicle by running and opening one of the doors. She tripped and was subsequently struck by the vehicle, and she died at the scene. As a result, Highway 1 was closed for over two hours. (P.S.)
