A Salinas man remains hospitalized after his motorcycle collided with a car Wednesday afternoon. Officials say the 66-year-old motorcyclist was travelling on North Main Street around 4 p.m. when a driver made an illegal turn in front of him. The victim sustained serious injuries, including a damaged artery and a ruptured spleen. He remains in critical condition at Natividad Medical Center, but is expected to survive.
