Several Capitola police officers waited tables at Chili’s restaurant last night (Thurs). From 5 until 9 p-m a group of the department’s officers waited tables as part of the Tip-A-Cop event. Tips earned will go to benefit the Special Olympics of Northern California. Close to 18-thousand athletes will compete in 156 events throughout the region.
