One woman is in custody following a shooting in King City yesterday afternoon. Police were dispatched to North Third and Ellis streets just before 2 p.m. following reports of shots fired. Witnesses also reported seeing a red Escalade leaving the area. Several casings were found at the scene and the suspect vehicle was located shortly after. A woman was detained and the car was taken as evidence. All schools in the area were locked down during the course of the investigation.
