A Salinas bicyclist, who died as the result of a traffic accident in Salinas last month, has been found at fault for that accident. 33 year-old Rogelio Vasquez suffered fatal injuries while driving his bicycle on East Market Street March 26th. Vasquez was reportedly driving under the influence of methamphetamine, and his bicycle didn’t have functioning brakes.
