A Santa Cruz woman was arrested yesterday on suspicion of driving under the influence. 44-year-old Cara Baldwin was spotted by a CHP motorcycle officer around 5 p.m. The officer noticed Baldwin taking selfies with her cell phone. The driver nearly hit the officer while distracted by her phone. She was pulled over and subsequently arrested for DUI.
