Until it’s demolished, firefighters and SWAT team members are being able to use a rundown apartment complex in Salinas for training. The building is located at the intersection of East Rossi and Bridge Streets. Crews started using the building for training over the weekend. Eventually 41 single units for senior citizens w ill be built on the site.
