Two projects on Highway 1 in Monterey County are expected to cause traffic delays this week. Crews will be working from the Salmon Creek Arch Culvert to Ranger Station between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday. One-way traffic controls will be in place for slope clearing. Crews will also be conducting a spray operation between Pfeiffer Burns State Park to Ocean Avenue. Caltrans will be at the site Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Motorists should prepare for delays of up to 10 minutes.
