The Boulder Creek Brewery was gutted by a two alarm fire Sunday morning. At 1:48 a.m. fire crews were dispatched to the building to find that the fire, believed to have started in the upstairs offices, was already breeching the roof. Highway 9 was closed and a Santa Cruz ladder truck was brought in to help battle the blaze, which was extinguished by about 4 a.m. Fire officials say no one was injured in the fire, but the interior of the cinder block building was totally destroyed. An investigation into the fire is ongoing.
