The Regional Artists Association will be launching a walking art tour at the Capitola Mall this evening. This Third Friday event will showcase around 90 regional and local artists throughout the Capitola Mall from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The art display will be accompanied by live music, food, wine, and local artists.
