A 6-year-old boy was playing with his siblings when he was fatally run over by a truck in Prundale today. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. in a driveway at a vacant residence on Sundown Lane. The boy’s father, who is a maintenance worker, was working inside the home when his truck began rolling on its own with no one inside. Both of the boy’s siblings saw him get hit and rushed inside to tell their father. The boy was taken to Natividad Medical Center’s Trauma Center where he died shortly after.
