Seaside Police and Monterey Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team Commander, Bruno Dias, has been selected as the Outstanding Task Force Commander of the Year. The Northern California High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area – or HIDTA – awarded Dias with this title on March 7, for his commitment and support of the HIDTA program, strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and reputation as a leader of successful investigations.
