A Morgan Hill man has been arrested on attempted murder charges. Authorities say that 18 year old Emmanuel Mendoza shot another man last Wednesday after a verbal altercation near Monterey and Ciolino Avenues. 3 days after the shooting Mendoza turned himself into the Morgan Hill police and was booked into Santa Clara county jail.
