Salinas police are investigating a reported fight at a Salinas Council member’s home. Officers responded to the Nogal Circle home of Jose Castaneda on Friday to investigate a Thursday night fight. Although authorities are not releasing the names of the 2 men involved in the incident until the investigation is closed. It is alleged that a verbal altercation between Castaneda and a delivery driver may have turned physical.
