The Department of Public Works for the County of Santa Cruz, has announced that the section of Nelson Road, from PM 2.0 to PM 2.1, will continue to be subject to ongoing construction between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., through March 31st weather permitting. This work is necessary for storm damage repair. The motoring public is urged to continue using the existing detour route circumventing the construction zone.
