Three Salinas teens charged in a fatal shooting pleaded not guilty yesterday morning. 17-year-old Cesar Gonzales was killed on East Market Street on January 13th. Salinas police arrested 18-year-old Jose Guadalupe Diaz, 17-year-old Jesus Gutierrez and 17-year-old Victor Ramirez, in connection with the teen’s murder. The two juvenile suspects are being tried as adults. All three are scheduled to appear in court on March 27th for a preliminary hearing.
