A King City businessman, who hit and killed a woman while driving in King City last week, is under investigation. 56-year-old Robert J. Eddington stayed at the scene after he hit the pedestrian who was wearing dark clothing and walking in the road. 42-year-old Aracely Zavala was pronounced dead at the scene. The 10:15 p.m. accident occurred on Mesa Verde Road near Wildhorse Road just outside King City.
