When contacted by the officer, Craig was non-compliant and attacked the policeman. The victim was able to deploy his Taser but it was ineffective. Craig then made his way south down Pacific Avenue and was arrested shortly after near Beach Street. The officer sustained an eye injury and was treated and released from the hospital.
