A small earthquake shook Hollister today. According to the US Geological Survey, the 2.7 magnitude quake occurred at 11:34 a.m., just 3 Kilometers northwest of Hollister. Some residents reported feeling the small quake, whose epicenter was 12 miles southeast of Gilroy and 2 miles northwest of Hollister.
