Salinas law enforcement agencies have made dozens of arrests so far during their Winter Holiday Anti-DUI crackdown. Since December 12th, officers have taken over 45 drivers into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. Last year, 70 arrests were made during the same 10-day period. CHP officers will be patrolling during the maximum enforcement period from 6 p.m. today, through midnight tomorrow.
