A 1967 Mustang, which was stolen from a Salinas home 28-years-ago, has been returned to its rightful owner. Previous Salinas resident Lynda Alsip, bought the car for $800 when she was 17-years-old, only to have it stolen soon after. CHP found the car this month after tracking the VIN number to a Salinas Home. An investigation into who stole the car is currently underway.
