A Pacific Grove man has been arrested for detonating an explosive device during Thursday’s storm. At about 9 p.m., a patrol unit heard a loud explosion near Forest Avenue and Forest Hill Boulevard. Witness descriptions led investigating officers to a suspect at a nearby liquor store. 28-year-old Michael Harley Henderson was taken into custody and charged with a felony for detonation of a seal bomb, and another misdemeanor for exploding the device near a gas station.
