Moss Landing Road from Highway 1 to Sandholdt Road has been closed. The closure came at about 9:30 a.m. Friday when public works crews found tidal waters had breached three culverts and were causing erosion and instability under the roadway. A contractor has been called in to perform repairs and to protect utility lines running under the road. Repair time estimates for the road, range from, days to weeks, meanwhile the southern end of Moss Landing Road remains open.
