Holiday toy donations destined for Toys for Tots were reportedly stolen last week. The program coordinator, Dililah Valdez, said that the toys were taken from two collection points in Aptos and Santa Cruz, right before Thanksgiving. An unknown suspect or suspects drove to the two sites, and then left all the public donation bins empty. Anyone with information about the stolen toys is encouraged to notify Toys for Tots Representatives, or Police.
