Two suspects responsible for a Salinas burglary have been arrested. A 23-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy broke into a home on Antelope Drive this morning. Upon hearing the burglars, the homeowner called the police and the two suspects fled when officers arrived. The boy ran to the Dr. Oscar F. Loya Elementary School campus and was spotted hiding by a classroom. As a result, the school was ordered on lockdown at 9:30 a.m. Both suspects were arrested, and charged with burglary and resisting arrest.
