A 38-year-old man was arrested when he was found to be in possession of a Santa Cruz County Election Department suitcase. The red suitcase, which was clearly marked Santa Cruz Elections, only had a flashlight and a calculator in it. The case was not damaged, and no items were reported missing. Alejandro Imperial Eclarino was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on charges of possessing stolen property.
