The victims of Saturday night’s Gilroy plane crash have been identified. 69-year-old Jon Dennis and his granddaughter 18-year-old Kiely Vaca, reportedly left Frazier Lake Airpark around noon and never arrived at their destination. Their bodies were found at a ranch near Gilroy, north of Pacheco pass on Sunday morning. Dennis owned and piloted the 1950 Cessna 140A, which was headed for Watsonville and crashed sometime during the night. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
