The Capitola Police Department has recovered a stolen vehicle that had contained prosthetic arms. The stolen 4-Runner was recovered on 30th Avenue in Live Oak, without the $13,000 prosthetics, 2 weeks after it was stolen. Authorities now report that, yesterday, a day after the recovery, an unknown citizen dropped the prosthetics off at the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Satellite Office in Felton.
