A man who disappeared from the El Dorado Residential Treatment Center around noon on October 23rd is still missing. 55-year-old Frank Stuefloten has medical issues that place him at risk if not treated. Stuefloten is described as a white male who is 5’8”, 132 pounds, with green eyes, gray hair and a beard. Anyone who has seen him or has any information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Sheriff dispatch at (831) 471-1121.
