The Santa Cruz Police Department has announced the promotion of a new Lieutenant. Lieutenant Christian LeMoss was hired as an officer in 1994. Since joining the department, LeMoss has served as a field training officer and beat coordinator. The Lieutenant is also a founding member of the department’s emergency services unit.
