A 19-year-old has been arrested, and two men were hospitalized, after a hit-and-run accident took place this morning on Highway 1 north of Santa Cruz. The accident occurred near Scott Creek just before 9 a.m. Ashley Robinson was arrested near Swift Street, as she drove the vehicle into west Santa Cruz. One man was severely injured and was airlifted to a Bay Area trauma center with “significant leg damage,” while the other was treated for minor injuries at a Bay Area hospital.
